About Your Dentist

Dr Kris Blodgett was born in raised in Portland, Oregon where he developed an interest in dentistry very early. Visits to his dentist’s office were an overwhelmingly positive experience. In high school dentistry came up as #1 career! Dr. Blodgett moved to Texas in the mid 1990’s and graduated from Texas Christian University.

Dr. Blodgett attended Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, OR and graduated in 2002. The following year Dr. Blodgett completed a General Practice Residency at the Portland, VA medical center and then purchased a private practice.

During his Sophmore year of High School Dr. Blodgett met his wife to be, Jacqueline, who was originally from Texas. In 2015 Dr. Kris and Jacqueline decided to move back to Mansfield, TX to be closer to family. The Blodgett’s have 3 adult children who are all busy finishing their college degrees.

Dr. Blodgett enjoys golf in the summer, skiing in the winter. Most of his off time is spent with their 6 dogs! Two Labradors, a Great Pyrinese and 3 pugs.

Dr. Blodgett’s dental philosophy is to treat every patient like they were family. Give the best treatment options for optimal oral health and patients always win!
